Cannot Locate Security Server Module

Customer running Comet 2006, Security Server 606 (USB)(4 licenses). Been running without issue since 06/2006.

Today the security server cannot locate usb security module. Tested USB port and it is working correctly.

Re-Installed securityserver606.

Still have the same problem.
