COMET-as-Service -- At reboot --> two part question

When Comet is installed as a service, upon reboot of the pc, the COMET client starts.

1. How or where do I modify the startup options to prevent the COMET client from starting after a reboot?

2. How or where do I modify the startup options to start the COMET client WITH a keyfile when I power up or restart the pc?
