Alright, I may have discovered the answer to one of my questions. There is a "CometasService.ini" file in the "COMET Services" folder.

Under the [PROCESS0] parameter is the "COMMANDLINE=" setting. To start the COMET client WITH a KeyFile, I would simply insert the KeyFile setting at the end of this COMMANDLINE setting. Would this be true?

However, to prevent the COMET client from starting up at reboot or startup, I would BLANK this COMMANDLINE setting. Is this right?
