It sounds like your current implementation is fine for your customers. How are you going to integrate Small Business Server Fax, Rightfax or some other fax client/server into your Comet applications? How will you handle cover page info?
If you do it, can we all have the programs?
Let me know if I can be of any help. I can write a sample DES program like emailptr that will gather fax info, and when the printer is closed, will launch some program. Would that help?
