On the Win2K workstation I set DDE on and filled set "Topic" to System. That matches my XP workstation. Still got windows error.

If you have Win2003 server but not Exchange then you must be talking to the FaxServer. I'm a might confused on how Exchange fits in.

Are you sending your faxes from a workstation?

Is there an option for email notification back to the sender?
