A work-a-round would be to manually pad the end of the file with spaces until you're n times 4096.
Never tried this. Open the file in Comet, get the data size, divide by 4096 and get the remainder, subtract the remainder from 4096, append that many spaces to the file with the Comet DOS commands, then pass the file onto the parsing part of your program.
