Ok Brian that worked - I didn't realize you had to install faxdriver.exe on each user - I thought the programs and dll's were copied to the temp folder for each user. Now - when running the application I get a different error - "unable to train with remote system" - after it connects to the remote fax machine. The "connect speed" says 13. I don't know where that is coming from because the modem properties are set to max port speed of 115200. I know when I try running this program on my own system I get a "connect speed" of 14400.
