Just talked with Barb about this same issue.
Customer running the latest Comet Security & File Server.
Workstation lost power while printing Invoices.
Even after I had client shutdown, restart, and log back into Comet, the Server still had a file Locked and unavailable.
Even went to the Server and ran the WhoHas Utility and the Server was showing that the Node that was just restarted still had the file in question.
The Invoice printing program opens 10+ files and none of them are LOCKED.
Ended up having to Reboot the Server and that got things cleaned up and going again.

As mentioned from Les:
"Is there a utility that will free up records or files after a client exits Comet?"
Once a node logs out and logs back in, should this not cleanup previous file/record activity left by this node in the File Server?
