Each CometAnywhere user should have their own tmp (CaTemp) directory. If you must use terminal services instead of just using CometAnywhere from the client, I recommend that you set up each user with their own terminal services login.
Set up CaTemp to point to "C:\Documents and Settings\%user%\Application Data\Comet\temp" or something similar. The key here is to use %user%. You need to create the directory structure yourself.
