Thanks for the input Steve. I am no spring chicken either.
However I am unable to see how your response relates to the topics,
which is that the Comet DOS Functions only work on a Full Comet Session.
The Comet DOS Functions will NOT work on a Comet Anywhere client.

And that there is NO CreateFile mnemonic that would allow an IB program running in a Comet Anywhere Session to Create a "DOS", "Windows" or whatever you want to call them file.
