What else? Copyfile problem

Back with the Access Denied again (different circumstances)

Full Comet, Copy a file from local TMP directory to non Comet directory on Comet Server.

Works fine if the directory already exists on the server.
But if not, when using the 4096 flag to create the
directory, I am getting error 22,5 Access Denied.

Why would a copy work, but not create a directory?

For testing figured I'd try CUTLCPY and I seem to be having issues with it when supplying a UNC path for the destination file.
