I am troubleshooting the problem of my end-user Coraggio Textiles having their showroom CometAnywhere users disconnect, details in post below. I have offloaded six C/A licenses from their server to a workstation that is also in their server room. Three PC's in their LA showroom were directed to this PC for C/A starting Monday morning. The attached LOG file shows that there were no abnormal disconnects until 14:50 yesterday when all five sessions that were on were disconnected within 30 seconds. The showroom called me as instructed. I connected up to the new C/A host machine and saw that a local user in Bellevue had gone into the host Comet session and was unspooling reports. I had been unaware that they used this PC for that purpose. Can the local user starting up the unspooling of a 100-page report cause the disconnects? Should I really be telling this end-user that a dedicated PC should be installed for hosting C/A? Tom.
