Hi Tom. At one point, we had one Comet Anywhere Host that handled unspooling to about 10 different printers, as well as hosting about 60 Comet Anywhere Sessions. We did have times that the host would slow down, and we had an occasional disconnect, but nothing like you're experiencing. It makes sense though, that if something was happening that was consuming 100% of the resources from that CAW host, then that could cause all the users to not get a response from the host, and subsequently disconnect. Since then, we've implemented 3 Comet Anywhere hosts, and one dedicated machine that acts as our "Comet Process Host". This machine handles all the unspooling, as well as some other system critical processes that run continually in a background partition. I can tell you that we've run a lot more trouble free since that time. If you have another machine that you could test this on, try offloading your unspooling to that machine, and see if that helps.
