UE install

Downloaded UE14.2 and have it installed.

Can't find current IBInstall steps (only and have accumulated a folder of various IB and UE stuff. Not going to do Comet32. Yet.

Brian once sent me a lot of UE switch settings that I found useful. IE, a DOS box that pops up when a project is being compiled. I'm looking for it but it may have been earlier than my four year email archive. Could they be posted here?
