It's odd that your startup details don't indicate that it even attempted to connect to the security server. Please post your Comet.ini file for this node. Since all your dirs are using drive letters rather than UNC names I presume this is a single-user system and the USB token is plugged into the Vista machine? Make sure the drivers for the security token are up to date. They may be different for Vista than for XP. To test if the plug is being detected, try running CbUsb.exe in your CometServices folder.
