Deleting CometSrv.log files

Started having intermittent UltraEdit problems:

1) couldn't save ".INI file"
2) couldn't save edited source

saw that the disk for the comet server (where the source lives) was full (!!!)
determined that the culprit is a:

CometSrv.log file that's about 20% of the disk (3.6GB on a 19GB disk)

went to QTILITY and Cleared QERRLOG, but this didn't touch my problem

Just need to know how to delete this CometSrv.log file and get back to normal. Incidently, there's also a CometSrv1.log that's about 500MB
