1 client PC can't see Comet Security Server

Wits end.. attached is COSC. PC working for 3 years than all of a sudden. Notes of interest in no particular order. #1, can ping server. #2, hard programmed TCP address and preferred/Alt DNS. #3, Comet's first 6 port addresses 0 -> 5 as exceptions. #4, Windows Firewall is ON.
#5. Installed latest Comet 2009 at server and client level. #6, Re-SYSGEN'ed at server/client level. Oh what's this?? Started happening three weeks ago. Client's complaint was if Comet wasn't ran first thing after morning boot-up this started to happen. Now it's all the time regardless. Dell with XP SP3. Windows Server 2003 R2. Since I can ping server my thoughts are at the port level. Initially discovered Windows Firewall was turned off. PC is controlled/supported by another vendor.
