Comet 2004 Start Up Error

I got the following message after installing a new parallel port dongle on my NT server..
No security Services found
Security violation

I then tried to get Comet 98 to run.. I got the following message..
Looking for COSH
COSH startup time out error
Unable to locate Comet kernetl mode driver
Run Comet NT set up
