FILE (lun) CSVDLM=delimiter string

when producing CSV files, it would be useful to be able to override the delimiter, especially with Name/Address files, since there are data elements such as:

John Doe, III

and this throws off the scanners for the other side, forcing us manually string together the csv file with another delimiter (typically tilde ~)
