It seems like coshipc won't load because it depends on another microsoft dll that may have been left out of the cometworkstation install. There was an older build of CometWorkstation that did not include all of the required dlls. What version were you trying to install?
You can find all of the necessary dlls in a zip file on our download/mailboxes ftp site.
These dlls should be unzipped into the winnt/system32 folder. Only unzip dlls that either are not already there or are older than in the zip file.
