It's deja vu all over again

This first happened to me in 1982.
Customer runs reports at month end. She lists the reports in the system, selects the report and runs it.
Only she's new and does not really understand so she DELETED the report instead of running it!

Does anyone have any ideas on how to protect reports from being deleted by enthusiastic end users?
