We have customers that still print 132 character line reports. While PFONTC is helpful for most reports, its only good for 120 characters per line. I am trying to stay away from individual PC printer settings in Comet "Printer Font Settings" and would much rather configure a DES program like PFONTC that sets the printer to 17CPI. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place but is there a "SYSFONT" value that prints 17CPI, or another DES program we can use in the sysgen ini file that would set the printer to 17cpi?
I looked at the source (I think its the source) for PFONTC and found PtrFnt1.Ibs and PtrFnt.Ibs (on DMW1202) and I dont see where I can change the Font size. I'm not sure if its even the correct source file(s). The PFONTC object in REL shows the source as #PRTFNT1?
Does anyone have a DES program that sets the printer to 17CPI, or can tell me how to do it?
I'd appreciate any help anyone can offer me.
Thanks!
