This process is supposed to be automatic if you are Comet 2004 and using REL 04.03 or higher. The remotes should not have to explicitly run CAUPD336.EXE. When the remotes tried to run Comet, did they get a message box asking if they wanted the update? If not, which version of CosW are they currently running? Which version of Windows are they running on? What did they have to do to get past the hang?
