\REL problem on CometAnywhere install

are re-purposing an old XP machine to be a CometAnywhere client in one of our Branch Warehouses

I know that I myself have had nothing to do with CometAnywhere installs in my 6 years here

anyway.... no institutional memory of how this is done, other than all the others were the "old" CometAnywhere install of a special module

for this one, per the push for the "latest and greatest" did a "new" 2015 install .... when I got a message box about \REL not found, installed the \REL folder

still getting complaints about this (\REL)

any ideas????? I've got a time pressure to ship this UPS in about 6 Hours....

don't want to, but if we have to install the old install package, I'll do that and worry about this later.
