Comet Server Products 1502 & 1600

I have upgraded to Win 10 & now the Comet Server Products will not install. On the Install Shield Wizard window I pressed NEXT then a window flashed up & disappeared without asking where to install to. The Task Manager - Details shows that Comet Server Products 1502 is running. What is it doing? It's definitely not installing. I have tried Compatibility Troubleshooter, but it didn't help.
