Comet 2005

I can't get 2005 to run at all.
It reports that it can not find ANY of my directories - REL UTL or any of my data directories. All my directories are as they were / are for 2004. REL UTL are under Comet2004 and all the data dirs are under C:\Comet. I'm using the same CFG file as I can't get Sysgen loaded.
I tried /C and it ignored that.
I tried /SEC for no good reason and that did nothing.
