These are Win2K. Formerly Win98, reformatted, and installed fresh with all IE6 and security updates. The four new XP workstations worked.
The workstation install fails too. I get the "Welcome" screen, click NEXT, see the Comet splash and some "unpacking". Then I get a dialog with a RED "X" and an OK button. No message! Tried install as User and as Domain Admin. Tried various versions between 2004.335-348. May try Local Admin today.
Set them up with 2003 to get them going.
