The address indicates use of an html, txt or pdf printer and COSP is not of the same build level as COSH.
On a printer close, COSH asks COSP for the path to the file containing the printer output so it can send this back to the user program. It looks like either this path is much too long or COSH and COSP are out of synch.
Was a workstation install performed? If so, this would install the correct COSP and COSH.
