How can I reverse a confirmation

I have posted a message in the discussion forum as well. But I am not sure where to post to get the help I need. Here's my problem.

I was recently introduce to Comet2005 after i joined the new company. I mistakenly entered a transaction number I dont need into the OC screen and I was dumb enough to choose accept. I have read through the manual but I can not find a way to reverse my confirmation after I entered it in the OC screen. can anyone help me with it? Basically, how do I reverse a confirmation?
