The standard Solutions OC does not have a confirmation reversal. Over the years since Qantel gave out the Solutions source, there has been numerous variants developed. Summer Hill probably has one of these variants.
One method would be to cancel the order in OM and enter a new order.
If that's not an option and depending on the Solutions variant you have there, confirmation reversal could be done manually using the MAINT utility. Basically, the order status has to be changed from "C"onfirmed back to "P"rinted.
! I = INCOMPLETE (TWO-STEP)
! R = COMPLETE (TWO-STEP)
! P = PRINTED
! D = INCOMPLETE (ONE-STEP)
! C = CONFIRMED
! B = INVOICED
! U = RPU UPDATED
! S = RPU2 UPDATED
! X = CANCELLED
Since you're new to Comet, using the MAINT utility could be dangerous. If you don't have a Comet dealer/developer, contact Signature about finding someone in your area.
