I am setting up signature capture machines for one of my clients. I have a directory alias set up pointing to the folder on the local machine where the signature capture software is contained and where the signature is to be stored. I get the directory alias, add the name of the .exe + the name of the file to be stored. I then do a LAUNCH. All works well in full comet mode. I am now trying to get it to work in cometanywhere. When I get the directory alias, I am adding 1 to the flag telling comet to get the alias on the anywhere machine. Prior to the LAUNCH, I display the line to be launched. All appears OK. After the LAUNCH, I do not get an error. However, what I am getting is the launch of windows explorer showing the contents of the folder designated in the ALIAS. Nothing else happens. any ideas why the local launch is not happening? I've done this before with excel with no problems. Thanks in advance for your help.
