Error 75 HELP

Customer reporting this error and I haven't a clue what to tell them.
HELP
Happens with physical printer and with HTML printer.

Error 75 on FFCLOSE (with physical printer)Resources left allocated after call.

What does that mean? What do I tell them to do?
