I found FaxManJr to be very difficult to get operational and it had to be monitored to keep it running for more that a couple 100 faxes. Tech support was limited. Now it's very dated.
Using EmailPtr as the model, Jim says that a new faxing feature can be added to Comet that should be able to work with any and all Fax Servers that support the standard Fax API.
My customers still do a lot of faxing and would like to do more directly and unattended from Comet. FaxManJr is no longer, to me, a viable alternative.
Jim wants to know if there is general interest in a "FaxPtr" enhancement to Comet.
