The fax modem on my SBS2003 server is dated (pre XP) and errors out when it connects to other faxes. I had to replace my Voice/Fax modem when I upgraded to XP. The test faxes reach the FaxServer but don't get sent. You should have received two bad calls.
I copied the fax.zip over to a customer who has a working fax modem. It was a Win2K workstation. Already had the "printto" set up. However, faxing.exe produced an major windows error with substantail debug details. Not like the MSGBOX errors when I was testing on XP.
Does the DDE option have to be checked for "printto"?
