Where is COSW.INI?

The online Sysgen documentation states you can set default printer fonts and pitch for "cooked" printers in the COSW.INI file found in the Windows directory. A thorough search of our client's Comet server did not turn up a file by that name. The customer is running 2003 server with only one workstation apart from the server. I did find a COSD.INI file on the server in the Windows directory. Is that the file in current releases?

Our need is to print reports from legacy programs that used wide carriage "green bar" paper on a HP LaserJet in compressed print. I have tried the Comet printer settings on the "file" menu, but they seem to be overridden by the Windows driver defaults. The same is true for the HP front panel menu settings --- all reports from Comet print in 10 pitch Courier regardless of any settings I make.
