I've created a little test program to make it easier for me to test.
I tested it on the Comet Session on the CA Host and it did not work.

The CA HOST is running Vista.
So Far Four Windows XP Comet clients can do the process.
So Far Two Vista Comet clients CANNOT do the process.
(...hush keith...)

Am still investigating.
The Comet Server is running W2K3 Server.
As I mentioned, I do not think I had given any one additional rights to the server.
The particular folder was just created a couple days ago before I started this process.

Going to setup a new Vista VM so I can play with settings in Vista.
