When communicating with Local/State/Federal Government via computer and internet a lot of data transfer is done with spread sheets that can be downloaded in multiple formats including CSV. The method I choose for downloading local earned income tax reporting was CSV. Seems like tax info is loaded into spread sheets. Question is. What prevents operator duplicate or erroneous entries? Have a problem with dup PSD codes entries wiping each other out. Thus a solution by January 1st is difficult. Do I have to debug a database at the local/state/fed level in order to complete the task? Here's the baton. The last spread sheet entry that involves a specific Political Sub-Division # over-rides all previous entries. So now I'm looking at INSERT to correct this.
