Need help ASAP finding where Spool files have disappeared to when Wrong Spooler

had a "legacy" system with 2 spool archives SPL and SPA (SPL Archive)
then had converted it all to Comet32 so SPL became SOL and SPA=>SOA (O=>Original)

then added a new set of spoolers and printers for new distribution process, new customers and new products

yesterday, we put in SPA instead of ST1 (text) or SP1 (PDF) archive for the new system.

now the Directory list is shown in the second attachment... and the directory where the SPA spoolers and archives are not part of the Directory list for this signon

however, COMET didn't complain and so they did month end for the New Process without being aware that they had specified the wrong Spooler

Now... I'm tasked to find where the spool files went, and am having no luck.

It's imperative that I finish the Month/Quarter for this.....

Any and All Help is gratefully appreciated in advance.

P.S. this is a two-parter... I have to find the spools, but then have to find a way to lock this out in the future
