Hi Barbera. I have create a basic QSTARTX program without any OPEN file statements and I run QSPOOL with a RUN instead of a ENTER statment. When the command file was in the 'SPL' directory I got the following QENDITOR message and when the command file was in the 'USE' directory QENDITOR was in the background partition and the system stopped for the password. None of these problems occured with Comet2k4. I'm attaching the .INI file. QSTART does exist in another directory for COMET2k4 and the same for the command file.
