Thank you for sending this information. It was helpful but puzzling. Did you happen to notice if the QSPOOL screen popped up briefly when you tried it with the command file on SPL? When all is well, it shouldn't, but the info in the error message you attached that it got an error trying to open the command file and then proceeded to run in normal mode.
We would like to see the Comet2k5.cfg file, the startup details for the session, and the source to your qstartx program.
Finally, I notice you have one type "C" dir in your configuration (G:\Buffer). If you change this to type "L", do you still have the qstart problem?
