Hi Joe, long time.
Since everyone can see the printer in Comet, I'd think that your Comet.INI is OK. So that leaves the COSW.INI files.
1. Are there font settings for the "Default" printer in the COSW.INI?
2. Are there font settings for the specific printer under it's old name?
3. Should there be font settings under the printer's new name?
All of the above having failed, Comet will probably print 10cpi or use the printer's default font and cpi.
