I think most of use would be interested in a Comet "close when idle". If we can decide what constitues "idle".

Up the scale of user nukers is MS's Shutdown. It can be run from the server as a scheduled batch file. Free.

"Shutdown -r -f \\comet01" would force close all aps and reboot a PC named comet01.
