Additionally,

I was not using the ShellExecuteWait as I plan to have some periodic screen activity in the IB program as an indication that the session is in the process of doing something.

This is all still a work in progress and I am still working out the details.

I am suspecting that the FlagFile will end up containing more than just a FileName.
