MOVE statments.. 2 computers.. 2 results ???

ran the attached program on two different systems.... both are build 463

however

under MS 2003 server, works as expected... 9 lines, the number at right goes from 1..9

under MS 2008 server... _NOTHING_ happens 9 lines ending in "?"

In our testing, this is the only thing that has (mis)behaved this way.
