Created a VB6 program to test function.
Looks like this "order" that GetTempPath returns a value for is affected by user settings also.
Starting with all four pointing to different locations and removing in sequence..
If no user tmp then fuction will return windows tmp
If no windows tmp then function will return user TEMP
If no user TEMP then function will return Windows Temp
Curious is that printing to an HTML printer as Justin mentioned always goes to c:\WINDOWS\temp
... even when both Windows TMP and TEMP were removed and the user ones pointed to local settings.
I did not reboot without the windows TEMP and TMP.
I did restart Comet.
